Delete your Twidlee account
You can use this page to start a request to delete your Twidlee customer account. For account security, submit the request from the email address associated with your Twidlee account whenever possible.
Twidlee may verify that you control the account before deletion is completed. Account and associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified where appropriate, except for records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, or regulatory reasons.
This button opens an email addressed to Twidlee with the information above. If your device does not open an email application, send your request directly to hello@twidlee.app with the subject “Twidlee account deletion request”.
Data associated with an account
A deletion request may cover your customer account/profile, customer preferences, and personal information associated with Twidlee activity. Reservation or security records may be retained where Twidlee has a legitimate or legal reason to keep them.
